Lumbini Province

Lumbini Province is located in the western part of Nepal. It combines fertile agricultural plains, hill regions, forests, religious sites, and important commercial centers.

Geography

The province extends from the Terai plains to the hills and mountains. This geographical diversity supports agriculture, tourism, forestry, and industry.

Lumbini

The province takes its name from Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautama Buddha.
